Author Biography

Sienna Tarniella is a life-long learner, creative thinker, and entrepreneur who has always had a love affair with words. Sienna is a Certified Professional Coach who founded the practice Coach STAR (Support Towards Amazing Results) with a specific focus on empowering women and teen girls. In 2014, Sienna co-authored the collaborative inspirational book "Transform Your Life!" She is also a TESOL certified English teacher. Born and raised in NYC, Sienna currently lives in Houston, TX with her husband and their beautiful blended family of five.
