Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted for items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, followed by your bank, as processing times can vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, use our Contact Us page and include your order number.

Shipping
To start a return, use our Contact Us page and include your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
