Author Biography

Lane Kennedy is an Assistant Teacher at a prominent Montessori Center in St. Paul, MN, specializing in preschool-aged children. She is deeply passionate about early childhood development and brings her creativity into the classroom as a gifted illustrator and artist. Fluent in American Sign Language, Lane is also an advocate for the deaf community and culture. Her nurturing approach and artistic talents make her a beloved presence in the lives of young learners. Rhonda Buerkle was raised and currently lives in the great state of Minnesota. Rhonda is a professional grant writer with over twenty years of experience. She is passionate about reading, writing, and teaching her children the love of new places and new faces. Woofy Toofy is Rhonda's first published book.
