Author Biography

Paul Sutliff is a special education teacher working as a consult teacher with his school's social studies department. He has a BA in Religion and Philosophy, a MS Ed from Nazareth College of Rochester and is completing a post-graduate mid-level certificate in Intelligence Analysis at Henley-Putnam University. Paul spent two years researching this book and was just as surprised doing the research as you will be reading it.
