The CEO of Joy Agness Events. Her motto The Royal Treatment says it all. An upmarket event planning firm which coordinates multiple domestic and international weddings and events. Event designing and management in South Florida, the Caribbean and beyond. In 2011, at the Biz Bash Florida Expo & Awards, Joy won Fan Favorite in the tabletop design competition and exhibition. She was inducted into the Cambridge WHOS WHO for outstanding Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs in 2008 and has been inducted in the Strathmores WHO'S WHO Worldwide for exemplary professionals in 2012. With a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of West Indies, not only is she the go to wedding planner, she is a very prolific speaker often called on to speak at various events and conferences, on topics such as entrepreneurship, weddings, and etiquette.
