Author Biography

I'm F.E. Ferguson. I'm an African American author from Franklin, Louisiana. I was raised in a single-parent home along with my three sisters and a cousin. After graduating high school, I went to college in search of a degree in engineering. For three years I struggled to find employment while in school because I couldn't ask my mother for her hard earned money; I dropped out for a job in the oilfield. I worked in the oilfield for ten years. Highlighted by completing my degree online at the University of Phoenix; while working abroad in Angola, Africa. Living in Africa for nearly one year helped change my outlook on life. Upon returning home my life took a drastic turn, which led to me relocating to Houston, Texas. Since moving to Houston my passion for reading evolved into me becoming an author. I hope you enjoy my first book, Turbulent!
