A guidebook to walking the 163km (101 mile) Tour of the Vanoise and the 72km (45 mile) Tour des Glaciers de la Vanoise. These hut-to-hut treks through the Vanoise National Park in the French Alps are suitable for fairly experienced hikers and can be walked in 2 weeks.

• The Tour of the Vanoise is presented in 11 stages of 6-19km (4-12 miles) and Tour des Glaciers de la Vanoise in 5 stages of 8-20km (5-12 miles)
• Three other treks are also summarised - Tour of the Eastern Vanoise, Tour of the Western Vanoise and a Traverse of the Vanoise via the GR5 and GR55
• Routes from key areas including Modane, Termignon, Bonneval-sur-Arc, Val d'Isère, Tignes, Pralognan-la-Vanoise
• Suitable to be walked in the summer, mid-June to end of September

• 1:50,000 maps are included for each stage
