Author Biography

Lou Heffernan is the former Managing Editor of American Songwriter Magazine in Nashville, Tennessee. He is a professional member of the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) as both a songwriter and a publisher. Lou has also worked within the health and wellness industry since 1981. His experience includes: being a Physical Education Department faculty member, a wellness professional, a Biofeedback Technician (stress management) and serving on the board of directors for numerous health and self-defense facilities throughout New England.
