Dr. McHugh is a urologist in Gainesville, Georgia. A copy of the speech he gave at his high school graduation commencement was found in a box. The speech is a series of admonitions that Dr. McHugh broke down into numerous qualities and then illustrated each with quotes of famous people and personal experiences.
