Step into this amazing, adventurous tale the Time Traveler spins for his group of friends one night over drinks. From escaping the Morlocks to glimpsing Planet Earth's last days, the Time Traveler pulls us into a time-bending journey. Along the way, the story serves up heaping morsels of intellectual delights for thought. Praised as one of the first science fiction novels, The Time Machine blends fantasy, Darwinism and Marxist theory to build H.G. Well's vision of what goes wrong when capitalism plays favorites with Haves and Have-nots. Packed with early insights and honest observations, this classic will fuel dinner party debate.
