The book is about the adventure of 5 children from the earth to the parallel realm of the Land of Ionis. The land of Ionis is in grave danger due to the atrocities of the evil Black Knight. The children are requested by the King of Ionis to fight the Black Knight and save Ionis. The story provides an account of the children's eventful journey to the Black Knight's kingdom and eventually defeat him with their superpowers which were revealed to them in the course of the journey.
