The Mâr Chronicles, Book 1: The Dolphin Triskelion - Paperback

by A. S. Templeton (Author)

Nikka Lindstrom always has been a titch... odd.

Born during a Kansas thunderstorm, Nikka was homeschooled throughout most of her seventeen years. Short and slender with braided frizzy yellow hair, she has a talent for speaking in anagrams, but avoids contractions in speech because she feels sorry for the bits of words left out. She would be nearly blind without her thick eyeglasses. On her nape rests a striking blue birthmark in the shape of three dolphins intertwined.

Nikka dearly loves her father and mother, and gets along famously with her twin brother. She has yet to venture outside Kansas, which may be why she lately senses that something is lacking in her otherwise contented, arguably humdrum life.

But when an erratic, obsessed federal agent shows up on her doorstep, making bizarre claims about space aliens living hidden among humankind, Nikka will have face some uncomfortable truths that call into question all that she thought she knew about the world...

And about herself.
