The Irreveries

A Book of Poetry, Song, and Aphorism

For Readers with a Third Ear

Written over two decades, The Irreveries is a broken epic spanning four books and three interludes of textual music scores. Exploring new feelings of being at home in alienation, The Irreveries finds the estranged poet-musician musing on the mystery of electricity, air, and the position of the artist in a barbaric culture. A wide expanse of lyrical forms explore the positive and negative charges of alienation in 21st century America, finding in the physics of oscillation a motivic force to traverse the various bipolar disorders of the Millennial era.
