But only four men show: Sam, a socially naïve British veterinarian with no church background. Rett, a somewhat ostentatious former pastor and college friend of Dane's. Emile, an unemployed 20-something looking for life's purpose. And Martin, a sarcastic, light-hearted, self-deprecating alcoholic who mistakes Dane's group for an AA meeting. Over the next nine weeks, the five men will form an unlikely, if not comical bond in their journey to faith and redemption.
