The Fundamentals of Finding Things is Isabella Lamberty's first poetry collection. Written in her teenage years, this book is a message of love, loss, and finding things. With over 50 poems, it details her experiences as a teenager from ages 14 to 19. Isabella Lamberty, better known as Bella by many of her friends and family, was born and raised in Buffalo, NY.
