Enter the forest where "Chip," a young chipmunk, and his grandfather, "Grandpa Chipmunk," embark on a series of exciting adventures. In this story, the chipmunks leave their burrow and set off in search of delicious berries. When Chip reaches up to a high tree branch, he falls into a rapidly flowing river. Grandpa Chipmunk jumps into the water to save his grandson, but both chipmunks are swept down the river and into the cave of a mysterious "Bubble Monster." In the end, the chipmunks help each other to not be afraid, and they end up making a new friend, while finding more berries than they ever imagined.
