Stay There - Paperback

by Michael Klam (Illustrator), Michael Klam (Author)

In this book, the god of fortune gets stuck in the mud, a pink Yōkai refuses to say hello, tragic kittens take pretty pennies from lost and lonely travelers. A father falls behind. A family is found. There is heartbreak and snooze buttons and heroes and villains, and one assassination attempt. The author, too, dies but not really. There are two cemeteries, one goodbye. The multiverse? Irrelevant. There are falcons and tacos, teachers and hissing snakes, banana peels and oil slicks, all things equal and the same. There is love, sure, and seething hatred. What's missing? There is no AI in this book. There are no rules and no apologies.
