Inside the workbook between pages of educational information, there are coloring pages, practice exercises, word search, and more!

The workbook is broken up into 5 steps:

• What are your needs?
• What do these needs mean to you?
• How are you currently addressing these needs?
• What can you change?
• How can you implement self-care tools into practice?

The goal of this workbook is to help you build the tools you need to care for yourself.

This workbook was not created by a licensed mental health professional and is not intended to replace therapy, counseling, or any other mental health services.

A portion of proceeds will be donated to Inspiring My Generation Corporation, a 501(c)3 non- profit dedicated to saving lives through mental health awareness, early symptom detection, and suicide prevention.
