Author Biography

Edward A. Gaston, a native of Birmingham, Alabama, is a Community and Economic Development Specialist with more than 20 years of experience in lending, public and private grant management, homeownership education, small business development, bond financing and real estate development is founder and Vice President of Community Development for Wealth Watchers Inc. in Jacksonville, Florida, a full-service community development corporation. In addition to his management responsibilities at Wealth Watchers Inc., Mr. Gaston provides solution-oriented consulting services to banks, nonprofits, local governments, and small businesses. Mr. Gaston writes entertaining, informative articles on personal finance, wealth management, and entrepreneurship.
