In 2009, the beloved Halloween haunted house attraction known as Reaper House became the location of a grisly murder scene when Isabelle Unger, the proprietor of the property, trapped and killed thirteen individuals within the eerie mansion's walls before taking her own life.

After the unsettling events of that night, the city condemned the property, hoping to forget the gruesome murders and leave the horrifying incident behind it.
