Author Biography

Dan Keeling is an English wine writer, restaurateur, and wine importer. He co-owns *Noble Rot* magazine, restaurants, and wine merchants Keeling Andrew. Previously, he worked in the music industry, signing artists like Coldplay and Lily Allen. In 2013, he launched *Noble Rot*, later expanding into restaurants. His writing has won multiple awards, and his book *Wine from Another Galaxy* was *Drinks Book of the Year* in 2021. He also runs Keeling Andrew & Co, importing fine wines.
