Author Biography

Krystal Nikol is an author and artist from Detroit, Michigan. An Eastern Michigan University graduate, she began performing poetry while obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She utilizes poetry to explore intersections of identity and to address social inequalities. In her free time, she enjoys binge watching Netflix series, painting and protesting gentrification. Poem About Him is her first published collection.
