Edi Frommenwiler had no ship-building experience before he and his wife Ella embarked on a personal quest to construct Pindito in 1992. For twelve years they single-handedly pioneered travel to what is now known to be the most important place on Earth for marine conservation - the heart of the Coral Triangle.
