The Peace of Mind Flex Curriculum for Grades 1 and 2 is a series of 15 engaging, flexible lessons designed to help students manage emotions, build healthy relationships, and peacefully resolve conflicts. The curriculum is built on six foundational pillars: Mindfulness, Brain Science, Kindness and Compassion, Gratitude, Conflict Resolution, and Social Justice.
