With over 30 years experience Harry Best's insights easily and quickly de-mystify the steel drum, making learning interesting and fun for his students. A native of St. Lucia in the Caribbean, Harry has been one of the top providers of steel drum music to patrons in Northern California. He has founded steel drum bands, conducted steel drum classes and promoted steel drum events throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. He is the author of four books on steel drums and Caribbean Music. He is also a performing and recording artist with four albums to his credit.
