This is the family history of Camden residents, William James Orem Jr. and Julia Schlitz. William was the son of a Union Civil War solider and a descendant of the early settlers of Philadelphia and the Eastern Shore of Maryland. His wife, Julia, was the daughter of German and Irish immigrants who arrived in America in the 1800s.
