The idea for this project came during a time of personal Bible study for Publisher E. Claudette Freeman. The driving force of that study was based on Psalm 42:5 -11. Freeman began to pray and seek the depths of what had afflicted her soul in various seasons. As she did, the assignment for this work came clear. Voices coming together to create a symphony of soul raising encouragement and inspiration. Those voices relayed through devotionals, prayer, articles, and poetry. Each challenging readers to have a conversation with one's soul to shift the conversation that has kept it cast down and embattled.
