My intention is to share my personal experiences, and to elaborate useful tips and methods that worked for me and helped me cope with the side effects that came with the Chemotherapy treatments. Regarding, the psychological and emotional aspects, I would love to communicate to you the ways I was able to quiet down my mind, and silence my fears as they would come to hunt me at certain moments of the day.
