Change begins in the tissues. The Soma leads - not the mind, not the theory. This system works through breath, position, timing, fascia, orientation, and the deep geometries of movement. From the Soma → to the Self → to the Field.

Drawing on biotensegrity, meridian logic, and gravitational forces, Neuroaffective Somatics sees the body as a living field of adaptive relationships. Everything is connected: fascia, force, form, and feeling.

Shen as Intelligence

The five Shen - and the eight Immortals - are mapped onto cranial nerves, fascial planes, and perceptual loops. These are not metaphors. They are mechanics. They organize how we orient, relate, and regulate.

The Body Bagua

The system includes the Body Bagua - a three-dimensional map that aligns the Eight Extraordinary Vessels with anatomical and cosmological logic. It offers a practical bridge between myth, motion, and meaning.
