She is a registered social worker and clinical supervisor and is the founder and director of Nature Based Therapy. Kit has been employed as a counsellor and trainer for over 20 years specialising in mental health and addictions. Her experience includes working in both private and public health incorporating nature-based interventions. Kit is deeply passionate about social and environmental justice and integrating a holistic approach to the healthcare system.
