Author Biography

Scott Stuart is an internationally known, bestselling author and illustrator of the banned book, My Shadow is Pink, and My Shadow is Purple, amongst many others. But first, he is a father to a little boy who loves all things Queen Elsa and princesses. For as long as he can remember, Scott has been in love with the art of storytelling. Having worked at The Royal Children's Hospital, he has seen how important it is for children to feel represented and is committed to creating stories of empowerment. He lives in Melbourne, Australia with his wife and son and loves to write stories that help kids feel seen.
