These are mental health rules in small quotes acquired by me through lots of adversities and much research. Some of these rules probably saved my life. This made it much easier to cope when no one was there. These lessons took me a lifetime of therapy, institutions, and private research costing hundreds of thousands of dollars. I went back to college to learn more about mental illness through Psychology. I graduated from Mesa College here in San Diego with honors. Most of all these quotes were lessons authored by me.
