When Marigold is selected at the gardening center and put in the bed of a pick-up truck, the little flower is hopeful as she heads toward her first home. She will finally have a place to belong But when a mishap causes her to fall off the truck, she becomes lost. As the caterpillar guides Marigold to her new home, the inexperienced flower becomes easily influenced by her surroundings.
