It also addresses typical mistakes made by young teachers and offers suggestions on how to avoid/handle those mistakes. M. Gregory Martin is an Associate Professor of Music Education and the Associate Director of Bands at West Chester University in Pennsylvania. Rachael L. Smolinsky is a music educator in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
