Machu Picchu stands as the most formidable architectural masterpiece of the ancient South American world. Designed and built by the Incas 600 years ago, the citadel has confounded humanity for decades: How did the Incas transport thousands of massive stones across miles of mountainous terrain? How did they supply water and irrigation? What purpose did it serve?

Machu Pichu: A Mystery in the Clouds reveals to children worldwide all the latest in archeological discovery around one of the most visited tourist sites in the world, recognized as one of the seven wonders of the world and as a World Heritage site.
