Roy's passion is translating wonderful stories into children's poems. The challenge of weaving these elements together is what fuels his passion for writing.

In addition to his poetry, Roy has written several short stories about his childhood adventures along the Mississippi River near New Orleans, one, THE CROSSING should be available soon. Roy enjoys life on his farm with his wife of over 50 years, Julia, who has been a steadfast supporter of his writing endeavors.
