Long Time Companion is a sweeping saga starting from the end of World War II to beyond the present day. It is a tale of the lives and loves of two men over the course of eight decades. The story is told in a series of flashbacks. An event in the present triggers the memory of something in the past. Along the way, we meet many colorful characters, who impact the lives of Adam and Evan. Most of them are loving friends, and some not so much. The reader will find that keeping up with their lives is a real page turner.

Author Biography

Hank Brooks was born in Brooklyn, NY and lived most of his adult life in and around the New York City area. He is very active in SAGE, a senior advocacy group for gay men and women. He has three children and five grandsons. He is a retired CPA, and now lives with his partner, Leo, in Coconut Creek, Florida.
