Author Biography

Pablo de Lorenzo Martínez de Ubago (Vitoria-Gasteiz, 10 March 1989) is a health psychologist and educator specialising in complex trauma. He began his practice in the general field and, from that foundation, went on to specialise in addressing trauma in its various forms: harassment, abuse, loss, relational trauma and the aftermath of adverse experiences. For almost a decade, he has accompanied healing processes, combining rigour, clarity and an ethic of care aimed at restoring agency to individuals. In January 2023, he founded the podcast La mente y sus cicatrices (The Mind and its Scars), conceived as a sublimation of his desire to speak, disseminate and help, and in dialogue with his own experience of harassment. The programme consists mainly of interviews with psychiatrists and psychologists who provide technical perspective and applicable resources; less frequently, the author presents solo episodes to organise concepts, contextualise evidence and offer practical guidance.
