Estate attorney John Palley is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate law as determined by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. John has received the rating of "AV" from Martindale Hubbell which is their highest ranking and since 2014 has been rated as a "Superlawyer" by superlawyers.com. In 2015 the readers of the Roseville Press Tribune voted John "Best Attorney." John is also a past probate and estate planning "expert" for the Sacramento Bee. John has lectured on estate planning and probate at the UC Davis Graduate School of Management MBA program, the UC Davis Extension Certified Financial Planning courses, and the National Business Institute. John dedicates his entire law practice to estate planning, trust, and probate law. He helps with probate and estate issues throughout California, including but certainly not limited to: Sacramento, Roseville, Woodland, Davis, Stockton, San Francisco, Fresno, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles and San Diego. John graduated from Sonoma State University with a degree in International Business and has a law degree from the University of the Pacific's McGeorge School of Law. John lives with his wife Kathleen and their two young children in Roseville. He is active as a coach for their various sports teams.
