After Psycho finally escapes Christine she falls into the hands of Circe, a practicing witch who runs a shop offering potions, candles, and counseling. Circe is a pursuer of cash, and she trains Psycho as a money-maker.

Psycho, the mother of two, needs a guardian to help her deal with basic needs such as eating meals, bathing, the taking of medications, and surviving. Circe offers such services but wants to use Psycho to raise herself another rank among the Wiccans within her state. To do so she wants to subjugate Psycho.

The battle between the two women results in massive betrayals, treachery, murder by proxy, thirty-day interim Masters. and heroic rescues.

Finally, one appears who knows what Psycho needs and is determined to receive "service for service."
