Dr. Moyad currently operates his own medical and surgical practice treating patients afflicted with a variety of disabling diseases and injuries. Raised in a medical family, his interest in helping others was cultivated early on. Over the years he has been recognized numerous times for his tireless work in the field of health care. His recent accolades include a Health Care Hero Award for Community Service as well a Congressional Letter of Achievement. Dr. Moyad's seminars on health and disease prevention have been well received throughout the United States. His extensive background and exposure to a variety of medical situations have led to the formation of his wellness philosophy and to the creation of the Healthy 4(TM) program. One important lesson that he frequently promotes is that prevention of disease is far superior to repairing damage done to the body from years of neglect and poor habits.
