Alice Long Kolb is a writer, quilter, lecturer and home-based, traditional cook. She has also cooked professionally during her years as a recipe tester for the Pioneer Natural Gas Company of Texas. She holds a Master's degree in Home Economics and has taught and lectured for much of her life.
