To all who suffer from osteoporosis this is the reason I wrote this book. I
wrote this book after being diagnosed with osteoporosis. After
researching the negative effects of traditional medications, I decided did
not want the side effects from such medications, so I am writing this
book to inform you of safer and alternative natural solutions.

I am beginning my journey on this quest for good bone density. But for
what I have been doing I wanted to share with you the safe results of
dealing with this naturally. I am fortunate to have a doctor who is
working with me on my quest for natural solutions to osteoporosis. My
advice is to work with a doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.). They are more
open to natural methods in medicine.

Buy organic I can't encourage you enough because farmers these days
use completely too many pesticides with no regard to our health. You
can't wash all the pesticides off and we eat poison if we don't buy
organic.
