Dr. Domonique L. Bulls is the founder and CEO of Bulls Education Consulting. Dr. Bulls is a native of Buffalo, NY and enjoys providing effective and effecient education strategies for organizations and individuals. Domonique has a B.S. in Biology from North Carolina A&T State University, a Master's in Science Education from North Carolina State University, and a Ph.D. in Education with a concentration on STEM Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
