Mama Ellen and Papa Frank raised eight children, five boys and three girls, in the Mount Carmel community. They were all hard-working, Christian people. The children of these eight have shared their stories and memories so future generations will have them and know a little of what went on along that little dirt road in Wayne County, North Carolina.
