One day, as he is peddling his papers, Paul is approached by a strange man who tells him Joe has been in an accident and offers to give Paul a ride to the hospital. But the man and his accomplice kidnap Paul instead, and the city boy is off on a forced adventure on a ranch deep in the Rocky Mountains.
