by Greg Remy (Author)

The year 4243: humanity has taken to the stars. Welcome to the Galactic Age, where you can spend the afternoon watching a supernova blast up close and be back in time for dinner; where factories are the size of entire planets and there are nearly unlimited supplies of everything. For some, this prolific time has spurred apathy. For Zoe, a sarcastic and unapologetic aviatrix, adventure is the sole reason she wanders the galaxy in her custom-built spacecraft. She has always suspected there is something else amongst the shadows of gilded stars-something hidden. Unbeknownst to her, there is indeed more to what the eye can see: corporations of unimaginable proportions capable of manipulation on a galactic scale, space cowboys contracted as mercenaries, and an ancient and powerful force that is known only by a select few. From whispers of this unseen power, Zoe sets off on a journey to uncover answers and quickly finds herself in the middle of a reality-bending struggle for control, with mercenaries and the galactic police hot on her heels, leaving a path of destruction in their wake. The truth, as Zoe soon discovers, is more fantastic then she could have ever imagined. Follow Zoe on this page-turning adventure filled with sci-fi references, witty phrasing & laugh-out-loud moments, faster-than-light chases, and-of course-explosions. Delve deeper and follow undertones of apathetic society, corruption of authority, and the power of the individual.
