Devon Buffett is a Southern California native who worked as a youth educator and authored a syndicated newspaper column. She divides her time between Arizona, Illinois, and Nebraska. Her books on anti-bullying target one of societys ongoing concerns. This is the fourth in a series of twelve books dealing with this issue.
