This qualitative research study is a case study of the strategic racial and ethnic minority plans being implemented at the accredited ATS schools in the United States that are affiliated with mainstream Protestant denominations and have begun to identify and respond to the opportunities and threats impacting racial and ethnic minority administrators, faculty, staff, and students and their institutional climates.

Dr. Jessica Davis is the chair and senior government affairs advisor of the Faith & Public Policy Institute in Princeton, New Jersey and Washington, D.C. The Faith & Public Policy Institute Inc. is an approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The mission of the Faith & Public Policy Institute Inc. is to educate the faith community on domestic and foreign policy for the purpose of collective action.
