Author Biography

Born in 1962, Pushkar Bhatnagar studied engineering before joining the Indian Civil Services. He is currently Additional Commissioner (Income Tax), Indian Revenue Service. His interests include Astronomy, and the Ramayana, particularly the life of Lord Rama.
